My previous experience: I’m a qualified solicitor but I’ve worked as a Lifeguard, a baker, labourer and a gardener.  I regularly play as a Session Player playing the guitar, bass, piano and vocals.  I also play in a band called Scorpion Jack.
What are my interests: Books, swimming, meeting people, cooking and eating food.

What Does That Involve: One to One mentoring and advice as well as tutoring
What Else Do I Do: I am a singer and songwriter. I also teach communication as well as being a singing coach who mentors students to achieve 'Rockschool' grade exams.
My previous experience: I have been a professional musician for over 15 years and have appeared on various BBC and RTE television and radio programmes.  I have a background in recruitment and coaching with over 5 years experience as a music coach and workshop co-ordinator, I have worked with various companies on a freelance basis including Princes Trust, Springboard, Making Music Workshop, Beat'N'Track etc.

What Are My Interests: Song writing, walking in nature, reading, socialising, going to live gigs/concerts and hanging out with my (very lively) 5 year old!
My Favourite Tune Ever Is: This changes depending on my mood, but one tune that always makes me smile is 'Sir Duke' by Stevie Wonder.

My previous experience: I am an English Literature graduate who has experience teaching Literacy as an Essential Skill. I trained in Teaching and Management of Literacy as an Essential Skill, at Queen’s University, Belfast. At present, I am a gigging musician and solo performer.  I also have a background in sales and marketing, having worked in circulation management for a busy publishing company for 6 years.
What are my interests: Words and music.
My Favourite tune ever is: ‘Buckets of Rain’ by Bob Dylan.

What Do I Do: I'm the Programme Supervisor and look after the administration, financial claims, recruitment, marketing and PR, job matching and keeping participants informed of opportunities as they arise. â€‹

What does that involve: Looking after administration as well as  marketing/promotion/recruitment  for the programme and dealing with clients.
What else do I do: I look after marketing and PR for Armstrong NI and social media.
My previous experience: I have worked at Armstrong since leaving school and have completed the AccessThruMusic course myself. I have worked as a Receptionist, Marketing & PR, Recruitment and also as a Job Coach. Before taking over
as project Supervisor I worked as an assistant administrator on the project and believe its a great course for all young people.

What Does That Involve: One to One mentoring and advice as well as tutoring

What Do I Do: What else do I do: I own and runs my own music studio, Whitemountain. I also manage artists such as Alley Bradley and have worked with the same writers as those who write for Ed Sheeran, One Direction and The Kooks. My record label Schism has recently signed Zak Whitefield. As an International Publisher I have achieved synchs with US TV Shows such as The Kardashian Show and Hart of Dixie. I have had a lengthy career within the International Music Industry having also worked on PR for The Strokes, Dolly Parton, the metal band, Tool and Placebo. I alsoHandled all of the Ireland PR for Ministry of Sound and Sanctuary Records the label who signed Iron Maiden.

What else do I do: Songwriter and vocalist focused mainly on Electronic Dance Music
My previous experience: ​I performed as a vocalist on dance records with John O'Callaghan, Agnelli & Nelson, Filo & Perry, tyDi and toured the world with Armin Van Buuren.

What does that involve: One to one advice on EDM and Dj'ing advice as well as mentoring throughout the 10 days of Access Thru Music each month. 

My previous experience: Resident DJ seasonally in Ibiza as well as residency in Nightclubs all across Northern Ireland. 

What do I do: Freelance Music Mentor, focusing on Access Thru Music 

What does that Involve: I give one to one advice to all participants as well as mentoring. 

My previous experience: I am a professional Musician and Singer but my most recent experience would be managing Armstrong NI's in house record label Broken Melody Records and having involvment with that record lalabel for over the last two years.
